OPINION SURVEYS

L'Observateur has its own call centre, which depends on a computer-assisted system to complete its telephone inquiries. Tracking studies, Observateur-Extra© monthly Omnibus surveys or made to measure surveys can be done according to quality controlled norms.

We use the SPSS and StatXP programs to analyse data, and to back the research entrusted to us.

We have teams of people, across Canada, who can do personalised face-to-face or random-intercept interviews. These teams can also make in-store purchases with the aim of evaluating the quality of staff interaction, and customer service norms.
