What Is a Mystery Shopper?

A mystery shopper or secret evaluator is a consumer, like you, who is financially compensated, and who is trained before each project in order to be able to observe and verify if the standards for quality are respected in the visited establishments.

A mystery shopper also relays all pertinent information relating to customer service (employee efficiency, smile, politeness etc.) the cleanliness of the premises, the quality of the sales promotions, the sales methods used, etc.

Mystery evaluations help business managers make decisions, and introduce tools that improve the “quality of their customers’ experience”.

Our business currently relies on several thousand mystery shoppers in all major Canadian cities. Our mystery shoppers come from all walks of life, and from all socio-economic groups.

We are constantly looking for new mystery shoppers to join our team.
